What every future case must include
A case should explain a real fault, assessment direction, limitations and result rather than manufacture a guarantee. Every device differs, and one case cannot promise the same outcome for another phone.
Permission and anonymisation
Obtain permission and remove IMEI numbers, serial numbers, accounts, notifications, phone numbers, private photos and other customer data.
Outcome with limitations
State whether the result was complete, partial, unable to continue or still carried risk, without turning one case into a success-rate or data-completeness claim.
